The basic idea is to preserve the origin of the raw material, exalting the flavours and typical gastronomic characteristics of the territory, putting technology at the service of tradition.
The laboratory has in fact advanced technologies in order to obtain a product of the highest quality, starting from simple and genuine elements without resorting to the addition of chemistry, eliminating it and totally excluding it.
Over the years we have enriched and perfected our recipes, until today reaching thirteen product lines, distributed among jams, wines, liqueurs, preserves, sweets, bakery and bakery products.
All our specialties are certified and accompanied by a nutrition table and technical data sheet, respecting the HACCP protocol, a set of procedures and risk analysis aimed at preventing possible contamination of food.
