| Located 400 metres above sea level between the hills of the Le marche and the Adriatic Sea the hotel enjoys panoramic view towards the Adriatic sea over mount Conero. The building dates back to the seventeenth century when it was orignially constructed the Ugolini family. The house remained in the family passed doen generation to generation until 1991, when was given up to the present owners, Pierino Angelucci and Raffaela Rango. The building was entirely renovated and converted into an hotel between 1999 and 2001. The original structure included the owner-occupied first floor, the second floor was used a store and the ground floor which was an Olive Oil mill. The great stone base and millstone still can be seen in the hotel courtyard. |  |

Villa Ugolini has twelve spacious rooms located over three floors, each with its own bathroom. The atmosphere is in keeping with the traditions of the region with all the furniture made of solid wood. The rooms are spacious and bright and many of which have views over the valley. The hospitality is warm and friendly, with an excellent breakfast which may be changed into a half or full board, through an agreement with the restaurant "La Terrazza" (same owner). The Restaurant is located approximately 4 km from the hotel, and is reachable by a shuttle service. |
| A large breakfast room is available on the ground floor which overlooks the garden and the open veranda. A pleasant meeting place for the hotel's guests.
In the entrance hall there is a permanent painting exibition by the artist Roberta Gagliardini, all of which are available for purchase. |
